Lucia de Jesus Leite Cardoso

Lucia Cardoso is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) has been in the Canadian immigration field for over 50 years and successfully operating her own immigration consultancy business, Professional Services Co. in Toronto, since 1989. She is a licensed member in good standing with the College of Immigration & Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and a long-standing member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). Lucia participated in the Criterion Referenced Test Development, Test Construction and Item Creation panel, was a member of various Angoff Groups in determining and establishing pass marks for the various immigration practitioner licensing exams and a member of the DACUM Panel which participated in defining the competencies and responsibilities required of an immigration consultant. Lucia is originally from Portugal and has been a dedicated member of her community. Over the years, she’s been involved in many community organizations and leadership programs in the Toronto area. David Peterson), Province of Ontario (1987 – 1992) and Nominated for the 1990 YWCA of Toronto’s Women of Distinction Award.
