We are a small family Immigration Consulting business located in Ottawa, Ontario. Our team consists of our Ottawa based Immigration Consultant Thomas Cardinal von Widdern B.Ed. RCIC, his wife, Teresa, Mexican/Canadian and daughter Estela. Together we focus on client satisfaction. We offer you an immigration service that is both professional and affordable. Mr. von Cardinal is licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and is a member in good standing of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). Mr. von Cardinal received his diploma in immigration laws, policies and procedures from the University of British Columbia. He also received an honours degree from Queen’s University in English Literature and a degree in teaching English as a Second Language from Brock University. As a member of CICC, Mr. von Cardinal is required to upgrade his knowledge on current Immigration Laws yearly and to abide by a strict code of ethics in his immigration practice.
