Dr. Joseph DJEMBA–KANDJO, Ph.D is a trained jurist with a wealth of experience in the legal field as a lawyer at the Kinshasa–Gombe Bar and in university teaching at the Faculty of Law of the University of Kinshasa and Goma in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). He holds a Bachelor's degree in law from the University of Kinshasa in the DRC and a Master's degree in law from the University of Montreal in Quebec, Canada. Dr. Joseph DJEMBA–KANDJO, Ph.D obtained a doctor of law degree from the University of Montreal in Canada. It is in this capacity that he is a researcher and member of the Center for International Sustainable Development Law (CDIDD) and the NOMOMENTE Institute respectively at McGill University and the University of Montreal in Canada.
