Adele began her career as a consultant in 1996 with a proposal to the provincial and federal governments for the fast-tracking of 50 immigrant families to the Winkler area. The Winkler Project, as it was called, was a success and became the pilot project for the establishment of the evolving Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. Since then, her firm has assisted countless families with their immigration to Manitoba and other western provinces.
