James Randall Emery

J. Randall Emery, MPM, RCIC, is an immigration and citizenship specialist. He is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, and a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants. Randall first came to the immigration and citizenship field through personal experience and advocacy. He is a citizen of Canada and the United States, and is a permanent resident of Colombia. Randall is internationally recognized on citizenship, immigration, voting, and tax policy. He has been invited to speak to committees in the Canadian House of Commons and the United States House of Representatives. He has also co-authored a submission to a United Nations committee. Randall holds the following degrees and certificates: a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University; a Master of Political Management from Carleton University; and a Certificate in Immigration Laws, Policies and Procedures from the University of British Columbia. Randall is located in Ottawa, Canada.
