Furthermore, she worked for an employment agency in Singapore as a marketing executive. As a part of the live-in caregiver program in Kamloops, BC, Emma came to Canada in 2001. She was a temporary foreign worker then, and it was a great new beginning. Emma became the sole shareholder in Tender Care Nannies & Manpower Services Ltd., and her vast growing network of connections propelled her business success. Through her local church, she developed this network further. She soon relocated to Victoria, BC and today, Emma is a Canadian citizen.
