Reynaldo Bahena

Josiane Behna, founding partner of Behna Immigration, is a Montreal based lawyer, practicing in the field of Canadian Immigration Law. She has a strong educational background that sets her apart in serving clients, particularly in the areas of economic and business immigration. Ms. Behna holds a Bachelors in Economics (Honours) from the University of Montreal as well as a Law degree (LL.B) from that same University. Afterward, she went on to earn a Masters in Tax Law (LL.M) from HEC Montreal, gaining expertise in an area that would prove invaluable in her immigration law practice.In 2003, Ms. Behna was admitted to the Quebec Bar, which is the governing authority for lawyers in Quebec, Canada. She is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA), the Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association (CILA) and the Quebec Immigration Lawyers Association (AQAADI). As an immigration lawyer, being the daughter of immigrant parents, she understands the struggles, dreams, and aspirations of newcomers to Canada on a profound level.
