Who Applies Through Express Entry?

People from over 100 countries apply to Canada through Express Entry each year. Canada does not look at the applicant’s nationality. Instead, it focuses on the person’s skills and their chances of doing well in the Canadian job market.

Applicants get a CRS score. This score is based on their age, education level, language skills, work experience, and other qualities.

Because of this system, Express Entry brings in people from many different job fields and backgrounds. It helps Canada find the best talent from around the world.
